SUP COURSE
Learn to sup safely with our certified instructor! Use of the sup is included in the price:
Day 1: € 35 / 90 min (cover the basics: balance on the board, paddle position, catching waves etc.)
Day 2 (optional): € 30 / 90 min (strengthen your abilities and acquire the confidence to take off on your own!)
GUIDED SUP TOURS
Our expert local guide will take good care of you as you explore hidden grottos and tucked-away beaches, explaining all about the marine life and surprising notions about each bay. Use of the sup is included in the price:

€ 60 per person / 3h for groups larger than 4 people
GUIDED SNORKELLING TOURS
Slip on your goggles and fins, and enjoy a leisurely 3-hour-long snorkel with out expert guide (don't worry: there will be intermediate stops on land when you're tired!).
The exact itinerary will vary depend on the marine conditions. Here we suggest a few examples:

Harbour arm - circunmnavigation of the Cretaccio (and return)
Please bring your own goggles and fins, as we do not provide them.
SWIMMING LESSONS
Our certified swimming instructor with several years of experience leads group classes for children, and 1-on-1 sessions for adults. There is no better place to learn to swim than the clear waters of the Tremiti islands!
BABY SHARK - € 10 / h for groups of babies from 4 months to 2 years. One parent/carer must be present in the water with each child throghout the class
LITTLE SHARK - € 10 / h for groups of children from 3 to 12 years. Children can be unaccompanied in the water
GROWN-UP SHARK - € 20 / h for 1-on-1 classes for 13+ years. And remember: you're never too old to learn to swim!
